Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru at Aqmen Medtech head office. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and retaining employees. They will handle employee relations, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. They will also have to manage IR and related compliances.

  • Employee Relations and Benefits Management skills
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
  • Experience in HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
