Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Bangalore Urban. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, recruit and onboard new talent, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role also involves managing performance appraisals, addressing employee concerns, fostering workplace culture, and collaborating with management to drive organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and data management tools is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
