CTC - 5-7 LPA(Depending on Experience)
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for a fast-growing finance company who can build strong people systems, drive culture, and support rapid business expansion. The ideal candidate will lead hiring, performance, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives with ownership and maturity.Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Build a fast and high-quality hiring process for all functions and new locations.
Strengthen employer branding to attract culture-fit talent.
Ensure new hires match company values and expectations.
B. Performance, Culture and Growth
Implement quarterly performance reviews with clear metrics.
Create training and development programs for skills and leadership.
Promote a culture of integrity, ownership and innovation.
C. HR Systems and Compliance
Establish HR policies and implement an HRMS.
Manage payroll, PF, ESI, and labor law compliance.
D. Leadership and Strategic Partnership
Advise founders on organization design and growth plans.
Plan workforce needs for expansion.
Develop competitive compensation structures.
Requirements
2 to 6 years of HR leadership in B2C, Retail, or Financial Services.
Experience setting up scalable HR processes.
Strong culture-building mindset and strategic approach to HR.
Strong interpersonal skills with balanced empathy and firmness.
