We are looking for an energetic and ownership-driven HR Manager to lead people operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance at KIBI Sports.
Role Overview
As an HR Manager at KIBI Sports, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and building a people-first culture across the organization. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to hire the right talent, onboard employees smoothly, maintain HR processes, support employee performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
