Job Description

MANAGE END-TO-END HR OPERATIONS INCLUDING RECRUITMENT, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, COMPLIANCE, AND HR ADMINISTRATION.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment & onboarding
  • Employee relations & engagement
  • Performance management support
  • HR compliance & policy implementation
  • Training & development coordination
  • Payroll & benefits support
  • Lead & manage a team of 2-3 HR/Admin Executives

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field
  • 5+ years HR experience
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labour laws & HR practices

Salary : 60k to 65k (based on the experience)
