Job Title: Fractional HR Manager / HR Partner

Role Overview
We are looking for a Fractional HR Manager to set up and manage core HR processes across three growing entities. This role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with ownership of HR operations, performance processes and employee lifecycle management.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to growing organizations without heavy bureaucracy.

Experience & Qualifications
• 3 years + of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding, payroll coordination, and performance management.
• Prior experience supporting startups or multiple entities preferred.
• Strong process orientation with a practical, people-first mindset.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Very good stakeholder management
