This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing performance systems, maintaining records, handling employee benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture to drive organizational success.
Collaboration with leadership to ensure effective workforce planning and assisting in employee development initiatives are key components of this role.
Qualifications
Expertise in employee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR policies
Experience with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing employee records and reports
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) and prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry are a plus
