Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and manage employee relations. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, monitoring performance management systems, and facilitating training and development programs. The role will also involve strategizing to foster a positive organizational culture and maintaining effective communication between management and employees.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
- Experience in developing HR Policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Skills in Training and Development and Organizational Development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work on-site and build a strong workplace culture
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
