This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gandhinagar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development initiatives. The role involves implementing HR policies, designing strategies to enhance employee engagement, maintaining records, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role also requires the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Engagement
• Experience in Performance Management, HR Policy Implementation, and Compliance
• Strong skills in Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Development
• Experience designing and implementing Training and Development programs
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in technology-driven or data-focused industries is preferred but not required
