Max CTC 7 lakhs

Location: Gandhinagar

The Service Manager Operations will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:

Accuracy and timeliness of BI generation and HANSA data entry. Quality and completeness of KYC scrutiny and document verification.

Effectiveness in UAT testing and MIS reporting.

Efficiency in policy servicing and client satisfaction.

Maintenance of branch hygiene standards.

Relationship management with vendors.

Timely processing of invoices.

Compliance with audit and SEZ requirements.

Qualifications Skills

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in documentation, compliance, and operational processes.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience In Vendor Management And Branch Administration Preferred.

Familiarity with GIFT City operational and regulatory environment is an advantage.
