The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee engagement while partnering with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
About the Role
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in HR operations/Generalist roles
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- HR Operations: Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Performance Management: Support appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with talent acquisition teams for manpower planning and hiring.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, conduct counseling sessions, and foster a positive work culture.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR dashboards, attrition reports, and workforce analytics for management.
- Process Improvement: Streamline HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist/operations experience.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
- Handson experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach.
