As we scale our India operations, we're hiring an HR Manager who can blend strategic partnership with handson execution to build a hightrust, highperformance culture. This is a critical onsite role supporting our Bangalore team and partnering closely with leadership across India and the US.
What You'll Own
People Operations & Employee Experience
- Lead the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance, development, and offboarding
- Build an inclusive, transparent, and hightrust culture
- Drive engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview structures
- Screen candidates, coordinate interview schedules, conduct interviews across levels, and manage the full closing process
Performance & Development
- Run performance cycles, goalsetting, and feedback processes
- Coach managers on performance conversations and development planning
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF/ESI, Shops & Establishments, and statutory filings
- Partner with finance and global HR on payroll, benefits, and compensation benchmarking
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records
Policy & Process Design
- Draft and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs
- Build scalable HR processes for a fastgrowing SaaS environment
- Continuously improve HR operations and employee experience
What We're Looking For
- 610 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a generalist or HR Manager role
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Experience in fastgrowing tech or SaaS environments
- Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management
- Ability to operate independently and build processes from scratch
