Job Title: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment drives for internal and client requirements (technical & non-technical roles).
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement performance management systems and drive appraisal cycles.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in the staffing or IT services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HR systems.
- Proven ability to lead a team and partner with senior leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
