Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kayankulam. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management-(Setup appraisal systems- KPIs, reviews), and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also be responsible for payroll administration, benefits management, and maintaining employee records. HR analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
• 2-5 years experience on relevant field
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to manage employee relations and handle grievances professionally
• Experience in performance management and developing HR policies
• Proficiency in payroll administration and benefits management
• Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Rs 4,20,000 - Rs 6,00,000 per annum based on experience
