Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and training programs to ensure a high-performing, motivated workforce. Responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and compliance, and providing support on employee relations matters. The role also requires facilitating performance reviews, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and supporting leadership in employee engagement and workforce planning.

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and performance management.
• Experience in employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and payroll management processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build diverse and inclusive teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with professional HR certifications considered a plus.
• Prior experience in HR management, preferably within a social enterprise or sustainability-focused organization.
