About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Recruitment Lead to head our internal recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing recruiters, meeting hiring targets, and driving recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations and close positions efficiently.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely reporting of progress.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
  • Proven experience in target-based hiring and handling multiple open positions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with HRMS, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
