Job Overview
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with 1012 years of experience, preferably from the Real Estate or Engineering sector, who can support organizational growth while ensuring strong compliance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and support roles
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs
- Draft and publish job descriptions across job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen profiles, shortlist candidates, and conduct HR interviews
- Coordinate technical and final interview rounds
- Oversee background verification and reference checks
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality standards
HR Operations & Employee Management
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and procedures
- Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Support performance appraisal, training, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Strategic HR Support
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives
- Track recruitment and HR metrics to support informed decision-making
- Contribute to building a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1012 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate or Engineering industry
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in HR systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.)
- Experience working in mid to large-sized organizations
