We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur. The HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include onboarding new employees, addressing workplace concerns, and assisting in the implementation of HR strategies to support business growth. The role will also involve maintaining personnel records, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring a positive work environment.

• Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Management
• Experience with Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role in a corporate or startup environment is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
