Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / HR Manager who understands the engineering and automation industry.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a similar engineering / industrial automation / manufacturing company, with a track record of hiring Mechanical Engineers, Electrical/Electronics Engineers, and Technical Sales Engineers.

This role will play a key part in building and strengthening our technical and sales teams across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for:
• Mechanical Engineers
• Electrical / Electronics Engineers
• Technical Sales Engineers
• Automation Professionals
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, industry networks, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
• Develop hiring strategies specifically for engineering and sales roles.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Handle onboarding and documentation processes.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
• Assist in building a strong employer brand within the automation industry.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 35 years of HR experience, preferably in engineering / automation / manufacturing companies.
• Proven experience hiring Mechanical Engineers, Electronics Engineers, and Technical Sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical job descriptions and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms effectively.
