Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida. The role entails overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. The manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. The individual will also manage employee records, oversee payroll, and work with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
• Experience in Employee Relations, HR Policy Development, and Compliance Management
• Strong ability in Performance Management and Organizational Development
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Payroll Management
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, LLB, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM or PHR) is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
