This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located at our office in South Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. Responsibilities include devising HR strategies to attract and retain talent, onboarding new hires, managing payroll, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding processes
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Familiarity with Payroll Processes, HR Compliance, and Labor Law Regulations
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership Skills
• Time Management, Organization, and Problem-solving Abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR Management role is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is preferred
