HR Manager
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office-4x a week)
Experience Required: 6+ years in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

Empenofore Technologies is a growing HR and technology solutions company working closely with leading global clients. As we expand, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. This is a core role that goes far beyond recruitment (which is not part of this role) and focuses on the entire employee lifecycle, compliance, payroll, policies, data management and presentation, and engagement.
Role Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for driving HR operations, ensuring compliance, managing payroll and employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term people strategies.
