Job Post: HR Manager (Night Shift) 5 Days/Week

Shift: Night Shift (5 days/week) [e.g., 9:00 PM 6:00 AM IST]

About the Role

We're looking for an HR Manager (Night Shift) to manage day-to-day HR operations, hiring coordination, and employee support during the night shift. You'll work closely with the leadership and recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy, including workforce planning, sourcing direction, interview management, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Manage and mentor HR team members, ensuring effective recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring process efficiency.
  • Conduct final candidate evaluations and hiring decisions while ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations, including offer letters, joining formalities, and employee record management.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, shift planning, leave management, and HR operational trackers across teams.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees, resolving workplace concerns, HR queries, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to forecast workforce needs, manage hiring pipelines, and support organizational growth.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance discussions, and retention strategies to maintain a healthy work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, internal processes, and confidentiality standards across the organization.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency and workforce management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations, with exposure to managing HR processes or teams.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience handling multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, HR trackers, and email communication.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for sales, operations, customer support, content, and technology roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring tools.
  • Ability to manage HR processes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
