Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Handle bulk hiring requirements (Campus drives, College hiring, and other sourcing modes)
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for manpower planning and closures
  • Manage onboarding process and ensure smooth joining experience
  • Handle Talent Development initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Support HR generalist activities as required

Essential Experience:

  • 10–15 years of overall HR experience with strong exposure in TA & TD
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Service Industry preferred
  • Hands-on experience in campus recruitment and bulk hiring
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
