Responsibilities
- Maintain HR processes in line with ISO 9001 standards for better efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee performance evaluation and appraisal cycles.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive, fair work culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
- Drive training and development programs for employee growth.
- Manage HR-related social media content and employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and ethical standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of HR management experience.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 HR processes is a bonus but not mandatory.
