Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to help lead our People Operations. This individual will partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our culture scales as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on organizational structure, talent development, and change management
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Help with our recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of top-tier talent
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer brand presence in key markets
Performance Management & Development
- Design and implement performance review frameworks, OKRs, and feedback cycles
- Champion career development, learning programs, and internal mobility initiatives
Culture & Engagement
- Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace
- Design and lead employee engagement surveys, action plans, and wellness programs
Compensation & Benefits
- Benchmark and optimize compensation structures and benefits offerings
- Partner with Finance on workforce planning and budgeting
Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all regions
- Maintain and improve HRIS and internal documentation (policies, handbooks, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
- Previous experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment is strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements across geographies
- Proven track record in talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
