We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing internal HR operations and leading our hiring efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Handle employee relations, including grievance procedures, and foster a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in managing internal HR operations.
- Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor law and HR best practices.
Good to Have
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
