We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead key HR functions across the organization.

Position: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
• Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs
• Oversee onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
• Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce data
• Partner with management on organizational and people-related initiatives
• Support employee retention and workplace culture initiatives

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR management or a similar HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
