Senior Human Resources Manager

Role Description The Senior HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading HR & TA strategy and operations for Bluebix Solutions. This role oversees end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Deep knowledge of core TA activities as this role will require the individual to contribute and drive the talent acquistion function 50% of the time.
• Experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices in a multi-industry environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring HR teams and collaborating effectively with senior management.
• Prior experience in staffing, consulting, or technology-driven organizations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in night shift 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST and manage cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
