Role Overview
We are looking for a senior HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations while strengthening employee engagement, learning & development, and payroll processes.
This role requires an expert who can independently manage recruitment, own HR operations, drive induction and capability-building programs, and act as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who has delivered and managed L&D sessions, is confident presenting to groups, and can coach employees on communication, professionalism, and workplace behaviorwhile also owning core HR responsibilities like payroll and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, creative, and support roles.
- Build and manage talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers on manpower planning and role structuring.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
Induction, L&D & Capability Building
- Design and manage structured induction programs for new joiners.
- Lead or coordinate soft skills and behavioral training programs, including:
- Communication & workplace etiquette
- Professional behavior and mindset
- Presentation and articulation skills
- Confidence-building and executive presence
- Deliver presentations and internal training sessions independently when required.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend learning interventions.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external trainers for advanced L&D needs.
HR Operations & Payroll Management
- Own payroll processing in coordination with finance and external vendors.
- Ensure accuracy in attendance, salary inputs, reimbursements, and HR records.
- Manage HR documentation including offer letters, confirmations, policy updates, and exits.
- Coordinate with outsourced compliance partners for statutory alignment.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of escalation for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building activities.
- Support performance management processes and review cycles.
- Promote a positive, professional, and transparent work environment.
Administration & Stakeholder Coordination
- Oversee HR-related administrative processes and vendor coordination.
- Support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting.
- Work closely with leadership on HR strategy, process improvement, and people initiatives.
- Support leadership with presentations, training decks, and internal communication materials.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 58 years of experience across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll management and employee relations.
- Exposure to induction programs, L&D initiatives, and presentation skills training.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and ATS tools.
