About Us:
Creative Group LLP, a leading firm in the Architecture and Interior Design industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in South Delhi, Chhatarpur. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- - Managing travel and hotel bookings.
- - CV sourcing and HR management.
- - Coordinating with internal staff.
- - Conducting hiring processes on all levels.
- - Handling appointments and relieving documentation.
- - Demonstrating good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- - Conducting day-to-day coordination with staff for internal review meetings.
- - Managing day-to-day operations of MD and directly reporting to him.
- - Preparing and editing reports, presentations, correspondences, and MIS.
- - Handling emails - sending, screening, and replying.
- - Organizing and maintaining personal and official files and folders systematically.
- - Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, etc.
- - Contributing to the framing of HR policies.
Required Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- - Highly motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- - Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- - Flexibility and willingness to handle ad-hoc assignments.
- - Demonstrated ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in any stream, postgraduate MBA from a reputed college is preferable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations, Other Specialization
Salary Range:
Competitive salary ranging from 3 to 5 LPA
