About the Role:We are seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Manager / Head to lead the Human Resources function at Rajasthan Aushdhalaya Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations within the Ayurved/Pharma industry and a proven track record of building engaged, high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Handle end-to-end hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding, with a focus on quality and cultural fit.
- Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with industry standards and statutory requirements.
- Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems that align with business objectives.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Drive initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and development plans for staff across departments.
- Payroll & HR Operations:
- Oversee attendance, salary processing, leaves, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)
- Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling:
- Ensure a healthy, safe, and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and effectively.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in Ayurved, Pharma, or FMCG sectors
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, frameworks, and practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in HR software/tools will be a plus
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Related fields
- Additional certifications (like SHRM, PHR, etc.) will be advantageous
