About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Manager / Head to lead the Human Resources function at Rajasthan Aushdhalaya Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations within the Ayurved/Pharma industry and a proven track record of building engaged, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Handle end-to-end hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding, with a focus on quality and cultural fit.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with industry standards and statutory requirements.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems that align with business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
  • Drive initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and development plans for staff across departments.
  • Payroll & HR Operations:
  • Oversee attendance, salary processing, leaves, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)
  • Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling:
  • Ensure a healthy, safe, and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and effectively.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in Ayurved, Pharma, or FMCG sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, frameworks, and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software/tools will be a plus
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Related fields
  • Additional certifications (like SHRM, PHR, etc.) will be advantageous
