Job Description

We're looking for an HR Manager who understands that HR is not just about policies it's about people, structure, and enabling the business to perform better. This role is for someone who can balance employee experience with business needs, while bringing clarity and consistency to HR processes.

You'll work closely with leadership and teams to ensure the organization grows with the right talent, culture, and structure in place.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Drive performance management, feedback cycles, and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR analytics

What We're Looking For

  • 510+ years of experience in HR or people management roles
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance
  • Experience in hiring, stakeholder management, and employee engagement
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growing organizations
