Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee strategic HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities include talent acquisition planning, supporting employee development, fostering engagement, managing HR policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves driving HR initiatives, evaluating workforce needs, and collaborating with organizational leadership to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR strategy development.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR policy implementation.
  • Ability to design and execute employee development, training, and retention programs.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work in dynamic environments, with remote teams, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR software systems and technology tools for managing HR operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Experience in IT consulting or technology-driven industries is a plus but not mandatory.
