Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Panchkula. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. The role involves partnering with department leaders to understand staffing needs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support training and development initiatives, and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The position also includes managing HR documentation, maintaining HRIS records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting compensation and benefits processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices in HR operations and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with HR software/HRIS tools and comfort working with data, reports, and metrics.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience in a technology or healthcare-related organization is beneficial, along with a strong commitment to inclusive and equitable HR practices.
