HR Manager Blix Education (Andheri East, Mumbai)At Blix, we're on a mission to make learning hands-on, creative, and fun! Our team is growing fast, and we're looking for an HR Manager who can build a happy, high-performing workplace.
You'll be the go-to person for all things people from hiring and onboarding to payroll and culture-building.
What You'll Do- Own the entire employee lifecycle: from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and exits.
- Handle payroll and incentives: coordinate with our accounts team and outsourced agency for timely disbursement and compliance (EPF, etc.).
- Set up & track KPIs and KRAs across departments ensure every team member has clarity and direction.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities monthly events, celebrations, and culture initiatives that keep energy high.
- Conduct onboarding & orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to the Blix way.
- Maintain HR records and employee data in an organized and confidential manner.
- Support leadership with people insights identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance team wellbeing.
- Be the bridge between teams, management, and our external HR agency to ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are- Have 25 years of HR experience, ideally in a startup or SME environment.
- Know your way around payroll, KPIs, employee engagement, and compliance basics.
- Are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and love building processes that actually work.
- Most importantly you genuinely care about people and enjoy helping teams do their best work.
