Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Blanq, based in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and policy development. The role also involves addressing employee concerns, managing performance reviews, designing training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with Blanq's values. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Human Resource Management and Talent Acquisition knowledge
• Proficiency in Employee Engagement and Performance Management
• Strong understanding of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Laws
• Experience in Training & Development and Change Management
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR management software is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
