Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement HR strategies and policies, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and support employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include handling payroll, compliance, and employee relations, as well as providing guidance and support to internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR management, recruitment, and onboarding processes
• Experience in a HRMS portal like Keka is a must.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and policy development
• Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Ability to effectively communicate with teams and leadership, fostering collaboration and understanding
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR management role in a IT industry or similar dynamic environment is a must.
