About The Role
NestorBird is looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take full responsibility for closing open positions quickly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who treats hiring as a mission to solve, not just a process to follow.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-assisted recruitment tools, automation, and modern sourcing techniques to improve hiring speed and quality while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong judgment in candidate screening, and the ability to independently drive hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Take complete ownership of assigned positions and drive them to closure.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
Smart Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
- Handle volume hiring while maintaining quality of candidates.
AI & Automation in Hiring (Preferred – if you have exposure)
- Use AI-assisted tools to screen resumes, filter applications, and shortlist candidates faster.
- Leverage automation tools to improve efficiency in candidate screening and communication.
- Continuously explore modern recruitment tools and techniques.
Candidate Screening & Communication
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate:
- Communication skills
- Cultural fit
- Role suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain smooth communication with candidates.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
Onboarding & HR Coordination
- Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Support exit formalities and documentation where required.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong ownership mindset — ability to independently drive hiring outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and automation in recruitment workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
