Description

  • The HR Manager will lead people operations through strong systems, smart use of technology, and clear processes. This role is for someone who believes HR should scale through automation, data, and well designed workflows, instead of manual effort.
  • You will actively use HR tools, dashboards, and internal systems to improve hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee experience. Beyond managing people, you will build and refine the systems behind HR, working closely with leadership and tech teams to make HR faster, cleaner, and more reliable as the company grows.
  • This role requires comfort with technology, curiosity to adopt better tools, and the ability to turn HR processes into repeatable, measurable systems without losing the human side of HR.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
  • Experience managing hiring at scale
  • Comfortable using HRMS, ATS, and digital tools
  • Clear communication skills and strong judgment
  • Ability to balance people empathy with business needs
