Technical Executive

• Supervise and manage MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems

• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented and monitored effectively

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance and repair work

• Track work orders and ensure timely closure of service requests

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements

• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions where required

• Maintain certifications, permits, and technical documentation

• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy efficiency measures

• Optimize HVAC, lighting, and equipment operations for cost and sustainability goals

• Prepare technical reports on maintenance, energy usage, and system performance

• Maintain records of incidents, breakdowns, and corrective actions

• Respond to tenant technical issues and service requests promptly

• Coordinate with property management for operational improvements
