Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, creating training and development programs, and ensuring workplace compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to design and implement training and development programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR management tools and software
- Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and manage teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification in HR is a plus
- Previous experience in the food production or FMCG industry is considered advantageous
