Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Varanasi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and managing staff selection. They will also develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals, ensure compliance with HR policies, and maintain a positive work environment. The role involves managing employee relations, training and development programs, and performance evaluations while handling employee grievances.

- Proficiency in Recruitment, Interviewing, and Staff Selection processes
- Strong understanding of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Laws
- Skills in Team Building, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives
- Experience in HR Software and database management systems is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
