Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role involves promoting a positive workplace culture, handling performance management processes, and supporting organizational growth through strategic resource planning.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and relationship management
  • Proficiency in handling performance management systems and evaluating KPIs
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in HR software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar is an added advantage
