About the Company

Job Title: Manager – HR & Administration

Location: Pune

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Reporting To: General Manager

About the Role

The Manager – HR & Administration will be responsible for driving HR strategy and overseeing end-to-end HR operations along with administration, facilities, and travel management. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional to build people practices, enhance employee experience, and ensure efficient workplace operations.

Responsibilities

  • HR Operations
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, payroll inputs and policy implementation
  • Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals, ensure compliance, and continuously improve HR processes and systems
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee recruitment strategy, hiring plans, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and quality hiring
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, optimize sourcing channels, and strengthen employer branding
  • Learning, Development & Engagement
  • Design and drive training frameworks, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives
  • Lead employee engagement, culture-building and internal communication strategies
  • Administration, Facilities & Travel Management
  • Oversee administration including facilities, vendor management, infrastructure, and workplace experience
  • Manage travel desk operations, cost optimization, and compliance with organizational policies
  • Team Management & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Lead and mentor the HR & Admin team, ensuring effective execution of responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to address people-related challenges and drive organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or Business Administration
  • 6–10 years of experience in HR & Administration
  • Prior experience in managing teams preferred

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with execution excellence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • High ownership and decision-making capability

Preferred Skills
