Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead and own the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
Optimize recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
HR Operations & Governance
Oversee and streamline HR operations, ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records, HRMS systems, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
Supervise payroll inputs, attendance management, and HR audits.
Employee Lifecycle & Performance Management
Lead onboarding and structured induction programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Drive performance management cycles, confirmations, appraisals, and talent development initiatives.
Design and implement retention strategies and succession planning frameworks.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies aligned with company values and growth objectives.
Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative work environment.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Policy Development & Strategic HR
Draft, review, and update HR policies, frameworks, and SOPs.
Provide data-driven HR insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Work closely with senior leadership and the HR team to align people strategy with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
58 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership exposure in HR operations and talent acquisition
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools
High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and process orientation
