HR Manager (Agency / SMM Background Only)
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years experience in HR, specifically from a Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Social Media Marketing Agency, Branding Agency or similar fast-paced creative environment.
Important:
Candidates from corporate HR, manufacturing, BPO, IT support, back-office or non-agency backgrounds will not be considered.

You will directly work with founders and leadership.
Hiring speed should be MAD fast.
We move quickly, grow quickly and expect hiring to match that pace. You should know how to identify talent fast, close positions aggressively and build strong teams without slowing momentum.
What you'll handle:
• Hiring across Graphic Design, Video Editing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Client Servicing, Content, Production etc.
• Building systems, processes & culture in a fast-growing company.
• Managing onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, documentation and team coordination.
• Understanding how creative people work and handling them accordingly.
• Maintaining hiring pipelines and closing positions fast.
