Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Manager based on-site at ADA Tech Solutions office in Pune Division. The role involves overseeing and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with department leaders to address workforce needs, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Additional responsibilities include conducting employee training, facilitating career development initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Interpersonal Communication
• Experience with Performance Management and HR Policies and Compliance
• Knowledge of Training, Development, and Career Progression Programs
• Ability to analyze data and use HR metrics to drive decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR management is advantageous
