Role Overview
Seeking a strategic and hands-on HR professional to build and strengthen the people function while partnering closely with leadership during a growth phase. This role combines strategic thinking with strong execution and requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior level roles.
- Drive performance management processes, career frameworks, and learning initiatives.
- Build and manage HR operations including onboarding, HR systems, policies, compliance, and analytics.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-building programs.
- Develop processes from scratch and operate effectively in an evolving environment.
Ideal Candidate
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in startup or high-growth organizations.
- Strong HR generalist background beyond recruitment.
- Experience in talent acquisition and structured hiring processes.
- Ability to partner with leadership teams on people strategy.
- Strong execution skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and creating scalable processes.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to distributed or field-based organizations.
- Familiarity with HR systems and HR technology platforms.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and locations.
