Lead HR / HR Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Hybrid

Level: Manager / Senior Manager

Role Overview

Seeking a strategic and hands-on HR professional to build and strengthen the people function while partnering closely with leadership during a growth phase. This role combines strategic thinking with strong execution and requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Drive performance management processes, career frameworks, and learning initiatives.
  • Build and manage HR operations including onboarding, HR systems, policies, compliance, and analytics.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-building programs.
  • Develop processes from scratch and operate effectively in an evolving environment.

Ideal Candidate

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in startup or high-growth organizations.
  • Strong HR generalist background beyond recruitment.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and structured hiring processes.
  • Ability to partner with leadership teams on people strategy.
  • Strong execution skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and creating scalable processes.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to distributed or field-based organizations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and HR technology platforms.
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions and locations.
