We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for new employees
- Help maintain HR databases, attendance records, and employee files
- Coordinate HR activities and events (inductions, engagement programs, trainings, etc.)
- Assist with drafting HR communications, policies, and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR practices (training can be provided)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and work in a professional environment
